Privacy Policy

Dispute Beast is committed to protecting your privacy online. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect through this website at disputebeast.com and through the Dispute Beast mobile application (the “App”) (the “site” or “sites”) and how we collect and use that information.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to Dispute Beast LLC. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, and any other users of the Site.

The term “personal information” is defined as information that you voluntarily provide to us that personally identifies you and/or your contact information, such as your name, phone number, and email address.

Use of Disputebeast.com, including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by Dispute Beast LLC, is subject to the following Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the Site. By using the Site or Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy, without modification, and acknowledge reading it.

Information We Collect

Account & Registration Information

When you create a Dispute Beast account, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your date of birth and physical address, both collected during onboarding and required to access the full functionality of the app
  • Account creation is free at app.disputebeast.com — no payment is ever required to register
  • We use your email address to communicate with you about your account and to provide service updates

Credit Monitoring Data

All core Dispute Beast features, including dispute letter generation, are completely free. To unlock these features you are required to connect an eligible credit monitoring account. We currently partner with:

  • Beast Credit Monitoring (BCM), providing Vantage Score credit data
  • Pro Credit Watch (PCW), providing FICO Score credit data

When you connect your credit monitoring account, we access and process the following:

  • Your credit report data including account history, tradelines, and derogatory marks
  • Your Vantage and/or FICO credit scores
  • Personal identifiers associated with your credit profile (name, date of birth, and address) as matched against the information you provided during onboarding

This data is used exclusively to generate your dispute letters and track your credit repair progress. We do not sell, rent, or share your credit data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes. Our credit monitoring partners maintain their own privacy policies and provide equivalent data protection standards.

AI & Automated Processing

Dispute Beast uses artificial intelligence to generate dispute letters and to power the in-app Coach feature. We are fully transparent about how AI is used and how your data is handled:

  • Dispute letter generation: Dispute Beast uses a proprietary, in-house AI system. Your credit data is processed entirely within our own systems and is never sent to any third-party AI service.
  • Coach feature: When you interact with the in-app Coach (chat assistant), conversation data is processed using our proprietary AI. Only anonymized, non-personally identifiable data is used; your name, credit account numbers, Social Security Number, and other identifiers are never included in Coach interactions.
  • No PII shared with third-party AI: Dispute Beast does not send any personally identifiable information (PII) to any external AI provider, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or others.

Before your data is processed by our AI systems for the first time, you will be shown a clear in-app disclosure and asked for your explicit consent.

Blog Interaction

We only collect the personal information you voluntarily provide to us, which may include the following:

  • Your email address in order to subscribe to our mailing list, sign up for a consultation call, or sign up for one of our interactive forums
  • Your name, email address, and website in order to post a comment on our blog
  • Your social media profiles in order to share an article from our blog on social media via a third-party provider
  • Your full name, email address, and message in order to contact us via our contact form

Activity

We may record information relating to your use of the Site, such as the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp information. We use this type of information to administer the Site and provide the highest possible level of service to you. We also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the Site.

Cookies

We may send cookies to your computer in order to uniquely identify your browser and improve the quality of our service. The term “cookies” refers to small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing the Site. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them). You have the ability to accept or decline cookies using your web browser settings. If you choose to disable cookies, some areas of the Site may not work properly or at all.

Tracking & Advertising

Dispute Beast does not track users for advertising purposes. Specifically:

  • We do not link your personal data with third-party data for advertising or behavioral targeting
  • We do not share your data with data brokers
  • We do not serve third-party advertisements within the App
  • We do not use Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework because we do not engage in cross-app or cross-site user tracking

If our data practices change and we introduce advertising or tracking in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and request your permission through the appropriate consent mechanisms before doing so.

The information you provide is used to generate personalized credit dispute letters, power your credit repair experience, send account-related emails, and improve the Dispute Beast service. We do share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, and servicing clients and visitors. These trusted third parties agree to keep this information confidential. Your personal information will never be shared with unrelated third parties.
